This release is rested for 2 years, first in stainless and then finished in 30L Bourbon barrels from Woodinville Whiskey. The outcome is an aromatic and flavorful amber styled rum that’s astonishingly noble and a welcome contribution to the Holiday Season, from egg nogs to classic rum cocktails like the Daiquiri.
