1 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Ms. Better’s Rhubarb Syrup
1 dash Ms. Better’s Green Strawberry Mah Kwan Bitters
Tools: Shaker, Hawthorn Strainer, fine strainer Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Dehydrated grapefruit crescent
• Add ingredients to shaker with ice
• Shake vigorously
• Strain and serve in chilled glass
