2 oz Long Table London dry gin
0.75 oz Amontillado sherry
0.5 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Orgeat
2 dashes of aromatic bitters
8 blueberries (or 4 blueberries and 2 blackberries)
Tools: Shaker, Hawthorne strainer, fine strainer
Glass: Rocks glass
Garnish: Lemon twist and frozen blue berries on a skewer
Method
- Add berries and orgeat to the shaker and muddle well.
- Add rest of ingredients to the shaker, fill with ice and shake for 10-12 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
