It’s always been our goal to forge a definitive cane-sugar based West Coast style Rum that shares the distinctions of early bootlegged spirits from the Caribbean Islands filtered through a modernist BC Distiller’s perspective. This second release is rested for 2 years, first in stainless and then finished in 30L Bourbon barrels we source from Woodinville Whiskey.
The outcome is an aromatic and flavorful amber styled rum that’s astonishingly noble and a welcome contribution to the Holiday Season, from egg nogs to classic rum cocktails like the Daiquiri. In support of local we thank you for savouring this gem
