Private Cocktail Class
TASTY COCKTAILS - YOUR WAY!
During Long Table's interactive cocktail classes you will have the opportunity to get behind the bar and release your inner bartender; learning a variety of bartending skills while making and enjoying three new and unique cocktails.
This experience is fun-filled and hands-on: perfect for a date night, group event, or to learn how to make a few cocktails and wow your friends at home!
All equipment is provided during the class - just bring yourself!
Our Private Cocktail Classes are for groups of 6 or more guests (maximum 30 guests), and are available:
Anytime on Monday thru Wednesday
Thursday 12-2pm, or 9-11pm
Friday 12-2pm, or 9-11pm
Saturday 9-11pm
Sunday 7-9pm
Thursday 12-2pm, or 9-11pm
Friday 12-2pm, or 9-11pm
Saturday 9-11pm
Sunday 7-9pm
Pricing is $70 per person and includes a selection of snacks for the group.
Snacks include Pita + Hummus, Chips + Salsa, and Cheese Plates with Smoked Cheddar, Pickles, Caper Berries, Various Crackers, Dates, Etc.

To discuss closing out the distillery on Thursday-Saturday 3-9pm or Sunday 12-7pm for your event please send us an email to info@longtabledistillery.com. Please note that bookings during these timeframes carry a minimum spend/bookout fee of approximately $2,000-$2,500 (calculated based on day/time).

- For groups of 6-11 guests, the group will create 3x Make-Your-Own Cocktails.
- For groups of 12 or more guests, the structure of the class will include 1x Welcome Cocktail and 2x Make-Your Own.
- For Groups of 20 or more guests, the structure of the class will include 1x Welcome Cocktail, 1x Make-Your-Own and 1x Order from the Bar Team.
- This is to ensure that each guest gets plenty of time behind the bar perfecting their skills during your time with us.
*Please note, we are unable to host Cocktail Classes while we are also open to the public.
To secure the date for your Private Class, one non-refundable host ticket purchase is required.
Every guest in the party must purchase a ticket online prior to the event date.
We appreciate your cooperation.
*Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (48 hour minimum):
We request that you discuss a class change with us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled class.
There is a $10 per ticket rescheduling fee if rescheduling within 48 hours.
$15 per ticket cancellation fee if not moving to another available class.
No refunds for missed classes.
