Gift CollectionLong Table Craft Cocktails as Easy as 1-2-3!
Now you can enjoy some of the popular cocktails we serve at our renowned cocktail lounge. There’s no doubt we would love you to join us in person but now you can make great cocktails at your bar and entertain friends at home. We like to say it’s as “Easy as 1-2-3”.
Each craft cocktail mix contains the perfect collection of ingredients from syrups to bitters. We've colour coded each mix to be paired to the colours found on our spirits bottles.
Here’s how easy it is to get started on making great cocktails at home:
- Add 1.5-2oz of Long Table spirit to a shaker (or mason jar that can be sealed with a lid).
- Pour 1 oz of our Easy as 1-2-3 Cocktail Premix along with 1 oz of water.
- Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into your desired serving glass.
Each cocktail premixes makes 4 drinks per bottle and each kit will make 16 cocktails.
Each kit includes the following cocktails:
Our flagship version of the Vancouver classic “Hotel Georgia”. A bright and refreshing Sour-style cocktail with lingering Orgeat and stone fruit notes, reminiscent of marzipan. Best paired with our citrusy and juniper forward Long Table London Dry Gin.
A Chicago classic cocktail. Refreshing lemon and grapefruit balanced with fragrant mint and vegetal cucumber notes. Perfect for pairing with our garden fresh and peppery Long Table Cucumber Gin.
The Seventh Seal
Based on a classic Russian Tea Punch, this drink showcases an elegant blend of smoky Lapsang Souchong tea with vivid strawberry and clove. Brightened with lime. It goes perfectly with Long Table Långbord Akvavit, a Scandinavian style botanical spirit distilled with sultry notes of fennel, orange peel, anise and caraway.
Modelled after a flavour pairing popular in the Caribbean since the 1800’s. This pleasant cocktail is energized with bold notes of barrel aged spirit, citrus and lingering aromatic baking spices, thanks to Falernum. An all-time Long Table Lounge favourite is paired with our Barrel-Aged Gin, aged in Bourbon Barrels.
