Sushi + Cocktail Making Class
ROLL WITH US!
During this interactive Sushi + Cocktail Making Class you will have the opportunity to get behind the bar and release your inner bartender; learning a variety of bartending skills while making and enjoying a new and unique cocktail.
With a delicious beverage in hand; the owners of Pine Sushi (Kelly and Chef Louis - combined 30 years experience) will walk you through the basics of creating hand-rolled sushi. Once you’ve mastered the skills, it’s time to dig in!
You will learn to make two tasty sushi rolls, with enough ingredients included to create up to four rolls.
This experience is fun-filled and hands-on: perfect for a date night, group event, or to learn how to make a cocktail and amazing sushi, and wow your friends at home!
Please book online to secure your spot. All equipment is provided during the class - just bring yourself!
Our seating time is 1.5-2 hours.
Pricing is $55 per person.

We are able to offer vegetarian options.
When placing your order, please indicate in the notes the number of guests in your party that require dietary accommodations.

Private Sushi + Cocktail Making Information
Participants must be 19+ and will involve drinking. We do not recommend driving to the distillery, and encourage walking or other means of transportation.
Our Sushi + Cocktail Making Class requires a minimum of 6 participants signed up in order to run. Should we not receive enough sign-ups, we will contact you to reschedule.
Gratuity very much appreciated.
*Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (8 days minimum):
Our order for sushi items is placed with Pine Sushi one week prior. We request that you discuss a sushi change with us at least 8 days prior to your scheduled seating.
Unfortunately we are unable to reschedule/cancel within 8 days.
Outside of 8 days we will do our best to reschedule at no cost. $15 fee for cancellations outside of 8 days.
No refunds for missed seatings.

Sushi making with Kelly was awesome! We learnt to make two rolls with plenty of ingredients left over to make another 1-2 rolls. There was plenty of food and take-out boxes provided to take our left-overs home. Rian helped us create the Hotel Georgia cocktail which was really delicious. Overall we had an amazing evening and will definitely be back. Thanks Long Table.
